- All roles offer overtime rates and other benefits including up to 34 days annual leave.

C.A.R. Gardens aspires to offer and deliver the very best gardening, landscaping and garden design service on the Isle of Wight. We established the business in 2004 in London, relocated to Ryde in 2006 and now operate through out the Isle of Wight.
We are a team: Experienced, qualified and trained in design, landscaping and garden maintenance. In November 2012 we won a national award at the Building Better Health care Awards for our work in designing, landscaping and maintaining the Chemotherapy Garden at St. Mary’s Hospital in Newport, Isle of Wight. And we’ve won a number of local awards.
We specialise in: Garden design. Organic and Veganic garden maintenance. Landscaping and natural and sustainable gardens.
We are interested in incorporating bespoke artwork in our gardens and love the opportunity to be creative in our work.
We care for the environment and seek to improve on the impact our business has on the Island. We do this with further research and trials and implement our findings as best we can as a small business.
