Here’s a little bit more information about our business.

C.A.R. Gardens aspires to offer and deliver the very best gardening, landscaping and garden design service on the Isle of Wight. We established the business in 2004 in London, relocated to Ryde in 2006 and now operate through out the Isle of Wight.

We are a team: Experienced, qualified and trained in design, landscaping and garden maintenance. In November 2012 we won a national award at the Building Better Health care Awards for our work in designing, landscaping and maintaining the Chemotherapy Garden at St. Mary’s Hospital in Newport, Isle of Wight. And we’ve won a number of local awards.

We specialise in: Garden design. Organic and Veganic garden maintenance. Landscaping and natural and sustainable gardens.

We are interested in incorporating bespoke artwork in our gardens and love the opportunity to be creative in our work.

We care for the environment and seek to improve on the impact our business has on the Island. We do this with further research and trials and implement our findings as best we can as a small business.

And here’s a bit about being a part of our team.

Join us and enjoy being part of a professional yet unique and varied work force, with years of knowledge and skills to share. We support each other to maximise our results, working with our strengths and weakness to form a formidable unit.

Our customers, gardens, and projects are all bespoke, rarely corporate and always interesting.

We have a strong office team to support the business, and we’ll have your back when you need it.

We have a fleet of vehicles purchased new, including our first E.V. and the full range of tools at hand.

Of course we are fully insured, Health & Safety compliant and have the relevant waste licence.

We offer opportunities to develop and grow should you wish to with training & responsibilities.

We pay well and reward hard work with overtime payments and bonuses.

We believe in being healthy and strong, both physically and mentally, to do our best at work and so we pay all staff to take regular daily breaks to help remain focused and on top form.

Annual leave is generous with up to 34 paid days to choose each year.

As an employed member of staff we’ll sort out all your tax, pensions and statutory payments.

If you are successful in joining our team, you’ll have a 3 month probation period for you and for us to decide if we’re the correct fit for each other.

What’s not to love?

So, do you Dig our Scene? Will you be our next Blooming Genius?
